  • Page 6 How to… …assemble your hand blender 1. Wash the blender shaft in warm, soapy water, being careful of the blades. It’s important to never wash the blender body as this houses electrical components, like the motor. 2. Align the arrow symbol on top of the shaft with the on the blender body.
  • Page 7 How to… …use your hand blender This blender can be used for fluids (e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, drinks and shakes), soft ingredients (e.g. pancake batter and mayonnaise), or puréeing cooked foods (e.g. for making baby food). 1. Slot the plug into the wall socket and switch the power on.
