Benutzung
 Spülen Sie die Backform mit heißem Wasser aus und trocknen sie
ab. Fetten Sie die Innenbeschichtung immer mit etwas Speiseöl
oder Speisefett nach.
 Die Backform kann bis zu 220° C erhitzt werden.
 Legen Sie die Tragehaube nicht in den heißen Ofen.
Reinigung
 Lassen Sie Backrückstände nicht in der Form eintrocknen. Reiben
Sie Rückstände ab oder reinigen Sie die Form mit heißem Wasser
und Spülmittel.
 Benutzen Sie niemals Stahlwolle und sandhaltige Schmirgelmittel
bzw. harte Schwammrücken zur Reinigung.
 Die Backform und die Tragehaube sind spülmaschinenfest.

Use

 Rinse the baking pan under hot water and dry well. Always rub the
coating lightly with food oil or shortening.
 The baking pan can be heated to up to 220° C.
 Do not place the carrying lid into the hot oven.

Cleaning

 Do not allow food residue to dry on the baking pan. Simply wipe out
the baking pan with kitchen towel or clean the pan with hot water
and detergent.
 Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners which contain sand and
do not clean the pan with the abrasive side of sponges.
 The roast pan and the carrying lid are dishwasher-safe.
