Storing SDG Lists Faster
From the Recent Calls List
1 From the recent calls list, select the SDG list you
want.
2 Press A under Store.
3 If you want, add more information to the entry.
4 Press A under Save.
From an Active SDG Call
1 During an active SDG call, press m.
2 Select Store SDG.
3 If you want, add more information to the entry.
Note: You cannot record a voice name during
an active call.
4 Press A under Save.
Making SDG Calls
1 From Contacts or the recent calls list, scroll to or
select the SDG list you want. -or-
Press and hold t until a prompt appears telling
you to say the voice name. Say the voice name
assigned to the SDG list you want.-or-
Enter or select a Private ID and add more
Private IDs. See "Starting a SDG Call with a
Private ID" on page 51.
Selective Dynamic Group (SDG) Calls
2 Press the PTT button.
Starting a SDG Call with a Private ID
You can start a SDG call with any Private ID you
want to call.
1 Choose the first Private ID that you want in the
SDG call:
From the idle screen, enter the Private ID. -or-
From Contacts or the recent calls list, scroll to an
entry containing the Private ID.
2 Press m.
3 Select Call SDG.
4 Add more Private IDs. See "Adding Private
Numbers" on page 49.
5 If you want to save the SDG list you have
created: Press m. Select Store SDG.
6 To make the call, press the PTT button. -or-
Press A under Done.
7 Press the PTT button.
Receiving SDG Calls
To answer a SDG call:
Proceed as if answering a Private call. Only one
person at a time may speak on a SDG call.
