EXPRESS 200CW ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Remove all the parts inside the crate and lay them on the floor
There should be the following:
Silver mast with yellow sliding head, winch and cable
Yellow and blue front base
Axle with two lynch pins
Two large rubber wheels
Rear sliver and yellow frame
10 x 15kg counterweights
Two vacuum cups and brackets
Insert axle into yellow and blue front base and lock into
position by tightening the hand knobs on each side and then
attach large black rubber wheels
Ensure lynch pins secure the wheels in position
Insert the silver square member of the rear silver frame into
the square tube of the front base.
Lock into position with the fold over pin.
Note the three different positions to lock the rear frame –
100kg (shortest assembly), 150kg and 200kg (longest
assembly) positions.
Position tilting tube inside the Express 200 winch mount and
secure with an M10 bolt and nut.
If this hole is not available on your Express 200 then request a
template from Quattrolifts to drill this hole.
Remove the front bolt with bush and the mast locking pin on
the Express 200 base. This will allow the mast to tilt its full
range.
