ALDER TABLE LAMP BASE - ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Shade (not included)

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

For safety purposes, this lamp is equipped with a polarized plug
(one blade is wider than other). If the plug does not fit securely
into outlet, do not force it - contact a professional electrician.
Use the plug with an extension cord only if it can be fully inserted
into the cord's socket. Never alter the plug in any way. This fixture
has been rated for up to (1) 40-watt maximum incandescent
bulb (included), or a 9W LED bulb equivalent. To avoid the risk of fire,
do not exceed the recommended wattage.

WARNINGS:

All wires are connected.
Do not remove the lamp from its packing by pulling on the power
cord, as a bad connection may result.
Do not connect electricity until the lamp is fully assembled.
To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or personal injury,
always turn off and unplug the lamp and allow it to cool prior to
replacing lightbulb.
Do not touch bulb when fixture is turned on or look directly at lit
bulb. Keep flammable materials away from lit bulb.

WARNING: STRANGULATION HAZARD

Keep cord at least 3 feet away from cribs, bassinets, and toddler
beds. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION:
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all
plastic coverings.
2. Insert harp (C) into the saddle (B).
3. Insert LED bulb (F) into threaded socket.
4. Remove the final (E) by unscrewing it in a counterclockwise
direction.
5. Place the shade (sold separately) on final plate (D).
6. Reattach the finial (E) and tighten to secure the shade by
screwing in a clockwise direction.
7. Plug into proper electrical outlet and test fixture.
8. Assembly is complete.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Do not use polishes or cleaners on the lamp.
Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
DO NOT REMOVE THE CARDBOARD INSULATOR
SURROUNDING THE SOCKET.
