INSTALLERS:

1.PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE INSTALLING AND USING THIS SYSTEM.

2.IT IS RECOMMENDED TO WAIT UNTIL THE ENTIRE SYSTEM IS PRESSURIZED AND

RE-CHECK FOR ANY LEAKS BEFORE LEAVING INSTALLATION SITE.

3.THERE IS PROTECTION MATERIAL IN THE FILTERS, PLEASE KEEP FLUSH THE FILTERS

AT LEAST 30 MINUTES .

4.IT IS NORMAL FOR SOME BLACK CARBON FINES TO APPEAR IN THE WATER WHEN YOU

FLUSH NEW FILTERS.THE WATER PRODUCED SHOULD BE EMPTIED AND NOT USED.

5.DON'T FREEZE, ESPECIALLY RO MEMBRANE.

6.IF USING OZONE GENERATOR, PLEASE USE IT AFTER PRESSURE STORAGE TANK,

ORELSE IT WILL CAUSE EXPLOSION IF GAS FROM OZONE GENERATOR GOES INTO

PRESSURE STORAGE TANK.

Concentration — 250ppm NaCl Pressure — 60psig Temperature — 77°F (25°C) Recovery —15% pH Range — 6.5 ~ 7.0 Note:Due to different temperature, different water pressure and feed water quality, the product water capacity and pure water quality (TDS) is different. That is the reason why we feel lower pure water capacity in the winter, but higher in the summer.

Do not use for the treatment of water that is visually contaminated(cloudy) or has an obvious contamination source, such as contamination by raw sewage. All plumbing should be done in accordance with local codes and requirements. Non-Booster pump models work on inlet water pressures of 40 psi (minimum) to 100 psi (maximum).If your house water pressure is over the maximum, install a pressure reducing valve in the water supply line to the filter system.

Installing the Feed Water Diverter Valve The feed water diverter Valve is designed for use with 3/8 t o 1/2” ” OD soft copper supply tubing. Turn off cold water valve from under sink or main water line valve for whole house. Wrap threads of Feed Water Diverter Valve with teﬂon tape.

Never install a waste water saddle close to the outlet of a garbage disposal or plugging of the RO drain line may result . Refer to location in Figure 3. 1. Position half of the saddle with quick connect ﬁtting at selected location and mark for the opening.

1. Locate the unit in the desired position. Make sure it is at least 3" off the ﬂoor. Level it and mark the location of mounting screws. 2. Install the screws. Leave 1/4" of the screw head out from the wall.

Make a 5/8”mark at the end of the tube so you will be able to confirm when the tube is inserted fully into the fitting.

To disconnect: See Figures 6. Remove the blue lock clip from the fitting. With the blue lock clip removed, use your thumb and index finger to hold down the lock sleeve. This will release the metal teeth holding the tube in place. While holding the lock sleeve down with that hand, use your other hand to remove the tube from the fitting.

With all components in place, complete ﬁnal tubing connections using these guidelines: · Tubing should follow contour of the cabinets · Cut tubing to desired length using square cuts and proper cutting device · Make no sharp bends · keep tubing from the post-ﬁlter to the faucet as short as practical for good ﬂow.

Flush System and Check Operation Start-up 1. Check all connections to be sure they are secure. 2. Turn on feed water valve and check for leaks. (turn off and correct leaks if leaks occur). 3. Close faucet and wait 5 minutes to see if leaks result. (turn off and correct leaks if leaks occur).
