- Page 3 1. Application These instructions are intended for personnel operating the roller trolley It contains the necessary information to ensure safe use and proper maintenance. These instructions must be retained for the entire life of the trolley. 2. Use and operation All personnel using the equipment must be fully trained and provided with appropriate safety clothing - safety footwear, safety glasses and gloves.
- Page 4 Release the brake, slide the battery conveyor along the tracks to the specified battery station. Align the conveyor by placing the empty compartment in front of the charged battery with the rollers, and press the brake lock. Lift the battery draw-out protection, make sure that the other bolts are in the lower position.
- Page 5 Lower the battery draw-out protection before transporting the battery. Release the brake lock, align the conveyor with the trolley, lift the safety device, and then slide the charged battery into the battery compartment of the trolley. Lower the safety device, loosen the brake lock, move the conveyor to the parking place at the end of the track, press the brake lock.
- Page 6 The condition of the rollers, protection devices, guideways and buffers at the ends of the tracks must be checked, and if any of the parts is worn or damaged it must be replaced with a new part approved by Hoppecke Batteries Polska Sp. z o.o.
