MS8V2 PASSIVE
MS8V2 passive audio signal splitter splits one XLR input channel signal into two XLR output
signal. Its unique de-noise electronics circuit adopts professional audio transformers, not only
offering wide flat frequency response but also featuring low distortion and reducing radio frequency
interaction. Each channel features input/output, ground lift switch, sensitivity attenuation switch and
INPUT LINKING switch. Channel 1 and channel 2(channel 3 and channel 4/ channel 5 and
channel 6/ channel 7 and channel 8) can be linked via INPUT LINKING switch. The alum shell
ensures MS8V2 sturdy and fashion.
1.INPUT: 3-pin XLR input connector, via XLR cable to connect MS8V2 and devices with line signal
(eg. mic), offering signal to MS8V2.
2.LIFT GND: ground switch, connect to input connector and output connector or independent two
parts. It reduces the noise from ground, when the switch is in LIFT position, it indicating no ground.
3.0dB -40dB: sensitivity attenuator, lower the input signal sensitivity and avoid signal overload and
distortion.
4.INPUT LINKING: linking switch, press the button to link channel 1 and channel 2 (channel 3 and
channel 4/ channel 5 and channel 6/ channel 7 and channel 8) audio signals.
5.OUT: 3-pin XLR direct output connector, via XLR cable to connect MS8V2 and mixer(or other
devices with line input).
6.LINK OUT: transformer isolated output connector, via XLR cable to connect MS8 and audio
interface or recording system.
