- Page 4 Installation: The electric heater must be installed so that it receives power via the main fuse group (diagram 1) or direct from the main panel (diagram 2). If the heater is installed as shown in installation diagram 2, the panel must be rated for 1500 or 3000 W, depending on type. The pressure switch and flow switch must be fitted to the piping ahead of the electric heater.
