Connect the power cord to the AC power source. Finish charging: Disconnect the AC power cord/plug from the power source first.
- Page 4 4 LED INDICATOR & TROUBLESHOOTING WHEN THE RED INDICATOR IS ON, PLEASE CUT OFF THE AC POWER SOURCE AND REMOVE THE CHARGER CLAMPS FROM THE BATTERY POSTS. THEN CHECK THE PROBLEM. Yellow LED - Charging. Green LED - Charged/The battery is full and does not need to be charged. Red LED - Error.

I connected this directly to the battery terminals and charged it for over 24 hours and then all of a sudden the charger went into an air condition. I disconnected everything and reconnected it again and the red air light was not on. It went to yellow and started charging again. Once again, 24 hours later, it went to an air condition again. This is not desirable for me because my intention was to put this on a car that I only drive on weekends and I’m about to leave on a extended vacation for six weeks and I wanted the battery to be in good shape when I returned. Is there something deficient with this particular serial number?
