  • Page 2 FCA3000 FLEXIBLE CLAMPS ADAPTER USER'S MANUAL 1. INTRODUCTION This manual provides information on the installation, confi guration and use of the main instrument functions. The manual is not intended for general use, but for qualifi ed technicians. This term indicates a professional and skilled technician, authorised to act in accordance with the safety standards relating to the dangers posed by electric current.

    FCA3000 is a three-phase converter with DC outputs (current or voltage), which convert the value measured by a Rogowski coil into true RMS value. FCA3000 has 3 inputs channels suitable for 3 transducers; the 4 outputs are dedicated one for each transducer, the fourth gives the sum of the 3 current values.

    5. INSTALLATION NOTE The equipment complies with the 89/366/EEC, 73/23/EEC standards and following amendments. However, if not properly installed, it may generate a magnetic field and radio interference.     FCA3000 è un convertitore trifase con uscite CC (corrente o tensione), che converte i valori misurati da una pinza Rogowski in valore RMS. FCA3000 dispone di 3 canali in ingresso per 3 trasduttori e di 4 canali in uscita: uno per ogni trasduttore più un quarto per la somma delle correnti.
