NEW H4/H7 LED Bulb Mounting Instructions
NOTE: Your new Cyclops LED headlight replacement bulb has a removable base to aid in installation. It is
the customers responsibility to ensure that their headlight is powered by DC power. On average,
modern motorcycles are DC powered. However, most snow machines, 2 strokes and carbureted dirt
bikes are generally AC powered. Rectifiers can be purchased from Cyclops in these cases.
1. Remove the Cyclops bulb-base from your Cyclops bulb housing.
NOTICE: Edges of the base are sharp. To remove the base, gently push down & turn
Hold the fan with one hand, having the bulb face you. Notice the keyway's (notches) and their
sizes. Push down on the base and twist counterclockwise with your other hand to release.
Slide the base up and over the top of the LED. Use caution to avoid damaging the emitters.
NOTE: Keyways are different sizes! Cyclops is not responsible for broken bases.

Attach the headlight housing rubber boot to your H4 bulb (not all bikes have a rubber boot). a. Some bikes will have a rubber boot on the back of the headlight reflector housing. Make sure to push-fit the boot over the Cyclops bulb base.
