INSTALLATION:
1. Attach Joining plate to base panel using ¼-
20 Screws and washers. Leave screws
loose.

- Page 2 2. Join base panel and extension together using ¼-20 screws and washers. Align panels together so sides are flush and there is no gap between panels. Firmly tighten all six screws. 3. Thread T-Nuts to back of brackets using 3/8-16” bolts and washers. Orient T-Nuts as shown in picture.
- Page 3 5. Attach mounting hardware to cargo rail. a. Slide remaining T-Nut into middle of rail. Flat side of T-Nut should face outward. This will be used later. b. Slide bracket assemblies from step 3 into front and rear ends of rail. Loosely Tighten bolts so brackets can still move freely.
- Page 4 8. Align panel so storage box bolts are centered in slots and adjust brackets so they are vertical and completely engaged into cargo rail. Once aligned, firmly tighten all bolts. 9. Install center support bracket. Bracket should be forward of seem between base panel and extension.
