Instruction Note : The timer plays a reminder function, no automatic shutdown function, when the scheduled time is reached, the machine will "Ding" a sound to indicate that the scheduled time has been reached; when the scheduled temperature is reached the light will go out, the machine will shut down, when the temperature drops below the scheduled temperature machine will start working again.
- Page 4 PT Series Oven Turn the timer clockwise to the desired time, then the indicator light on and the heating element starts working, when it reaches the set temperature, the indicator light off. If the temperature is below the set temperature, the heating element will be automatically reheated and the indicator light on.

Cooking temperature can be within 0-662 ℉（0-350℃）.

Cleaning For cleaning and maintenance, the power supply should be cut off and the unit should be completely cool down before cleaning. 5.1 Pull of the plug before maintenance. Clean after cooling 5.2 Clean oil residue inside with dry cloth. Do not wash it with water. Take the pizza stone out, brush it and wash it with water, then dry it under sunshine.(Do not use liquid detergent which contains chemicals.
