    SPECIFICATIONS Installation: Follow General Instructions on previous page. CWi-2Ai (22qt.) 120-volt outlet – 12.5-amp load or 208-277 volt – 7.2-5.4 amp. Operation: 1. Follow General Operating Instructions on page 4. 2. Add hot water 120°-140°F (50°-60°C) to well pan: use 4 qts. (1 gallon) (4 liter) 3. Turn thermostat control to “10” setting and preheat for approximately 15 minutes. 4. Place: Covered full size or fractional steamtable pans. Covered fractional steamtable pans (W-6, W-12, W-9) with refrigerated or preheated product into well.
