Step 4 – Finishing Touches
To complete the installa�on, verify that all moun�ng, connec�on, and aiming work is finished.
● Verify all electrical connec�ons are �ght and secured. The installer is responsible for the integrity of all connec�ons.
● Verify all bolts and screws are �ghtened and properly torqued.
● Straighten up all cabling. Tie down all cables neatly. For all outdoor projects, use UV rated tye wraps and wire
management.
Note: When power is turned on, the luminaires default to 100% on unless a different control
signal is present.

Care and Maintenance

All luminaires are prepared with a powder-coated finish. The finish on exterior luminaires may weather over �me,
depending on the environmental condi�ons at the installa�on site. Proper care of the luminaires will maintain their
performance and appearance.
Follow a regular maintenance schedule to retain op�mal light output and thermal performance. Remove any dirt,
leaves and other foreign debris from the luminaire housing. Wipe the op�cal lenses with a clean, dry, co�on cloth to
remove dust and other contaminants. A non-abrasive polycarbonate cleanser may be used periodically.
Do NOT use any abrasives such as car wax, brass cleaners or other polishes or chemicals.
These may scratch, remove, or damage the protec�ve coa�ng, allowing moisture and
pollutants to come into contact with the aluminum, possibly discoloring or pi�ng the
finish.
Troubleshoo�ng
Before performing any work on the luminaire, shut off the power circuit, verify the
power is off with a mul�meter, and wait 2 minutes before handling luminaire to avoid
electrical shock. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS WARNING MAY LEAD TO DEATH, SEVERE
INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
