INSTALLATION Step 1: Attach base plate③x4 to the bottom of posts ( x1, x1),use bolts①x8 to attach with hex key or electric drill. Both posts need to be installed diagonally. Attach beams x1 and x1 to the posts, and use bolts ⑥ which were previously removed to fasten tightly.

- Page 14 INSTALLATION Step 7: Attach the control rods x2 to each side of the pergola by placing the plastic spacer ⑦ between the control rod and the louvre's, threading the bolt ⑥ through from the control rod side and tightening with a nut ⑧.

Next, place the 50 to 40 pipe fitting ② inside the gutter connecter closest to the motor. Ensure cables run through the 50 to 40 pipe fitting down the post to stop water flowing through the beam and onto the cables.
- Page 16 INSTALLATION Step 9: a. Unscrew the 4 bolts on the beam where the motor will be positioned and set aside. Fasten the motor ⑨x1 to the beam with the 4 bolts previously set aside. b. Next, fasten the motor to the driving louvre from step 6.

FOUNDATION INSTALLATION The last step in the installation process involves securing your Louvre Lounge to the foundation. We provide instructions to install into a concrete pad although you must seek professional advice to ensure the pergola is installed correctly to all local regulations. Page 20: Remote Setup
REMOTE SETUP Once all installation steps are complete, plug the pergola into the power outlet to start the remote pairing process. Remote Pairing: Press and hold the lamp button on the manual control attached to the pergola post for 5 seconds. After this has been completed, press the up button on the remote. -
Page 21: Storage & Disposal
STORAGE If your Louvre Lounge won't be used for a longer period of time, we recommend removing the pergola from the brackets and storing it away. Make sure that the frame is completely dry before storing. Store the Pergola in a dry and safe place that is out of reach from children.
