Factory reset
How to do a factory reset:
- Press your Chipolo ONE Spot for 30 seconds.
- Spot will begin to beep in 1-second intervals.
- Release the button right after you hear the 5th beep.
- After a successful factory reset you will hear a confirmation sound.
Requirements
To use the Find My app to locate this item, the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS is recommended.
Privacy
The Apple Find My network uses advanced encryption to ensure that no one else, not even Apple or Chipolo can view the location of your Chipolo ONE Spot.
