Die Baugruppe Konsole/Handlauf und die beiden Pfosten werden separat geliefert. Für die Montage des Geräts sind zwei Personen erforderlich. Rev.16/2022 NACHSCHLAGEN UND AUFBEWAHREN DES HANDBUCHS 2.1. Zielgruppe Dieses Handbuch ist an einem geschützten Ort in der Nähe der Maschine aufzubewahren. Es muss vor Durchführung von Eingriffen gleich welcher Art an der Maschine vollständig gelesen werden, um einen sicheren und korrekten Gebrauch für den Bediener zu gewährleisten. Das Handbuch ist außerdem für die Wartungstechniker wichtig, da alle Wartungseingriffe im Handbuch beschrieben sind. -

Rev.16/2022 2.5. Aktualisierung, Ergänzung und Ersatz Falls das Handbuch beschädigt ist oder verloren geht, können Sie es beim Hersteller unter Bezugnahme auf den Code in Absatz 1.2 anfordern. Der Hersteller weist darauf hin, dass das Handbuch den Stand der Technik zum Zeitpunkt der Vermarktung der Maschine widerspiegelt und nicht nur deshalb als unangemessen angesehen werden kann, weil es später anhand neuer Kenntnisse aktualisiert wurde. -

Rev.16/2022 WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE 3.1. Falsche oder unsachgemäße Verwendung Gerät benötigt hinsichtlich (Elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit) besondere Vorsichtsmaßnahmen und muss gemäß den nachstehend aufgeführten EMV-Informationen installiert und in Betrieb genommen werden. Tragbare und mobile Geräte für den Funkverkehr können Einfluss auf die ordnungsgemäße Funktionsweise der Maschine haben. Es ist verboten, die Maschine mit nicht montierten, nicht angeschlossenen, vorsätzlich umgangenen oder wie auch immer manipulierten Sicherheitsvorrichtungen (Zugangsschutz zu internen Teilen usw.) zu betreiben, da in einem solchen Fall elektrische Gefährdungen entstehen können. -

Anweisungen für Entsorgung Elektro- Elektronikaltgeräten (Elektrische und elektronische Altgeräte) Das auf dem Gerät aufgeführte Symbol zeigt an, dass der Abfall „getrennt“ zu entsorgen ist. Sicherheitseinrichtungen Die Sicherheitseinrichtungen an der Maschinen, wie: • Roter Not-Aus-Taster u/o Seilzug-Notschalter • Schutzschalter müssen nicht vom Bediener geeicht werden, es muss nur sichergestellt werden, dass sie vorhanden und unbeschädigt sind. Außerdem muss der Bediener die Funktionstüchtigkeit der Sicherheitseinrichtungen prüfen, soweit möglich. -

Rev.16/2022 3.6. Erstinbetriebnahme Der Bediener muss keine besondere Qualifikation erlangt haben, um die Maschine bedienen zu können. Er muss aber das vorliegende Handbuch vollständig lesen und die im Handbuch enthaltenen Anweisungen beachten. Bei Zweifeln im Hinblick auf die Bedienung und den Gebrauch der Maschine und für eventuelle weitere Klärungen setzen Sie sich bitte mit dem Hersteller unter der Adresse in Verbindung, die in Abschnitt 1 des vorliegenden Handbuchs angegeben ist. -

Rev.16/2022 3.9. Stabilisieren der Maschine Prüfen, dass die Maschine fest auf dem Boden steht, und gegebenenfalls die beiden hinteren Stellfüße regulieren. Nach der Stabilisierung sind die Füße durch das Festziehen der beiden Muttern M20 zu blockieren. 3.10. Zentrierung des Laufbands Die Maschine ist mit einem Selbstzentrierungssystem für das Band ausgestattet. -

Rev.16/2022 3.12. Wechselrichter Es ist verboten, die Klappe des Wechselrichters zu öffnen und das Sicherheitssiegel zu beschädigen. Es dürfen keine Eingriffe am Wechselrichter durchgeführt werden. Nach Trennen der Stromversorgung der Maschine schaltet sich der Wechselrichter nach Ablauf von 30 Sekunden aus. Achtung! Überprüfen und Ersetzen der Sicherungen Wenn sich die Steuerkarte Code RUN1801 (im Gehäuse) oder die Konsole nicht einschalten, muss die (Serie RUN7410/T – Serie RUN7411/T) oder der Funktionstüchtigkeit der Sicherung 8AT, 250V Sicherung 5AT, 250V (Serie RUN2011/T) kontrolliert werden. Die Schmelzsicherung im Sicherungshalter befindet sich vorne am Gerät neben dem Hauptschalter. -

Die Maschine eignet sich für den Einsatz im medizinischen Bereich als ein wirksames stationäres Gerät für die motorische Rehabilitation bei medizinischen und therapeutischen Tätigkeiten sowie als ein ergometrisches System für die Ausführung von Belastungs-EKGs, mit einer Auslegung auf einen manuellen/automatischen Standalone-Betrieb und der Kontrolle vom digitalen Elektrokardiographen mit RS232-Schnittstelle. -

Nothalt Die Maschine ist mit einer einrastenden roten Not-Aus-Taster ausgerüstet, der umgehend die Stromversorgung am Wechselrichter und am Motor trennt, was zu einer schnellen Stillsetzung des Bands führt (mit schneller Bremsrampe). Die Maschine (wenn vorgesehen) ist außerdem mit einem Seilzug-Notschalter (roter Sicherheitsschlüssel mit Magnet und Klammer zur Befestigung am Patienten) ausgerüstet, der das Band schnell stillsetzt (mit schneller Bremsrampe). -

Uncorrect or unforeseen use The treadmill needs to have particular attention to EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and must be installed in conformity to EMC info as follows. The treadmill has also a magnetic emergency stop (red magnet with rope and clip). Pushing the red emergency button the treadmill makes one beep per second to report the stop. Rotate clockwise the red stop button / re-install the red magnet in the yellow hole and push Reset Alarm key on display to release the emergency and unblock the motor.
