Basic Operation
How do I connect AnkerWork H300?
1. Bluetooth Connection:
- Turn on the headset by toggling the power button to the Bluetooth position and hold there
for 2 seconds. The indicator will flash blue quickly.
- After letting go, the power button returns to the power-on position, and the headset will enter
pairing mode.
2. Dongle Connection:
- Insert the dongle into your computer's USB-A port or the adapter.
- Turn on the headset by toggling the power button to the Bluetooth position and hold there
for 2 seconds. The indicator will flash blue quickly.
The headset and dongle will connect automatically.
3. Wired Connection:
- Plug the USB-A connector into the computer and the USB-C connector into the headset.
- Turn on the headset by toggling the power button to the Bluetooth position and hold there
for 2 seconds. The indicator will flash blue quickly.
- The headset will connect to your computer.

How do I answer/end/reject a call?

Click the round button to answer/end voice calls. Hold the round button for 2s to reject a call.
Find the round button in the middle of the ear cover.

How do I reject/accept multiparty calls?

1. Continue the current call and reject the new call: Hold the round button for 2s.
2. Put the current call on hold and answer the new call: Click the round button.
3. End the current call and answer the new call: Please use your phone or other device to
perform this action. H300 is unable to perform this action.
4. End old call after answering new call: Click the round button.
How do I reset AnkerWork H300?
Hold the Volume + and - buttons at the same time for 5s.

How do I use the AnkerWork computer software?

1. Bluetooth mode:
Windows:
- System: Select "AnkerWork H300 Mono Headset Stereo" for output and "AnkerWork H300
Mono Headset Hands-Free AG Audio" for input.
- Conferencing software: Select "AnkerWork H300 Mono Headset Hands-Free AG Audio" for
output and input.
