Installation Process (inc. 12V Water Pump) Before use, it is important to prepare the unit by installing the proper components. In this example, we will be preparing the portable water heater to be used with a water input from the supplied 12-volt pump. 1. - Page 13 5. Locate the black water inlet hose (with silver fitting). Insert the black rubber washer into this crimped swivel fitting. Insert black rubber washer 6. Attach the water inlet hose to the water inlet via the crimped swivel fitting, tighten by hand. CAUTION TAKE CARE Do not to over tighten as this could break or crack the inlet pipe.
