HOW TO USE
Fully Automatic Massage Function
1) In control panel press Fully Automatic Button. You can choose between
from F1 to F5.
2)After pressing it, you will be entered into F1 mode in the automatic
massage function. F1 mode is a massage program that is perfect for relaxing.
Relaxing is specifically designed for people who want to relieve stress. It also
helps your body by increasing endorphin levels, which helps you reduce
body pain and tension.
3)Repeat the same process to enter F2 mode. F2 mode refers to the fatigue
massage program. It is thoroughly designed for fatigued muscles to
decrease their overall health, as this can lead to muscle weakness and
injury. It will work on your upper back and neck, increasing oxygen, reducing
muscle fatigue and maintaining healthy muscles.
4) Repeat the same process to enter F3 mode. F3 mode refers to the sleep
massage program. It is meticulously designed to provide a restful night's
sleep. This program relaxes your body and mind to achieve a good night's
sleep by giving you a soft and relaxing massage.
5) F4 mode refers to the massage program for soreness. Thoughtfully
designed to improve athletic recovery and performance, reduce stress,
anxiety and muscle tension, treat chronic back pain and break up scar
tissue. This type of massage applies heavy pressure onto muscles and deep
tissues to relieve built-up knots and tension.
6) Lastly the F5 mode. F5 mode refers to the elderly massage program.
Indulged with light, gentle massage and passive stretching to ease muscle
tension without excessive friction on the skin. It helps the elderly to improve
posture and alleviate arthritis pain and stiffness.
* Please wait the leg rest to return to its original position before standing up
to avoid damaging the foot parts due to the whole body's weight. After
using the massage chair, please turn off the power switch, and pull the
power cord plug out from the power socket.
