YF48vRX-RER38 battery charger is not charging the batteries, I disconnected all the batteries, charged them each one at a time, replaced 2 that wouldn't charge all the way; after replacing batteries I had 100 percent charge, after using the mower then I placed on charge it was at 61 percent charge, next day I checked the charge and it was still 61 percent charged, I am thinking the charger is not working could it be the plug?
