The dry box protects your electronic devices from moisture, keeping a low level of humidity to prevent the growing of fungus. This is especially important for devices such as camera, camera lens and musical instruments.

Storage reference (Relative Humidity, RH)
20% ≤ - Experimental equipments, special materials, special sensors or storage.
20 – 30% - Phosphor, pollen, seeds, specimens, pharmaceutical raw materials, paint of plastic pellets.
30 – 40% - Precision instruments, measuring tools, precious metals, Chinese herbal medicine, semiconductor or electronic components.
40 – 50% - Camera, lens, video camera, projector, telescope, infrared night vision or gastro copy.
50 – 60% - Calligraphy and painting, paper money, stamp, artwork, fax paper, clothes or wooden musical instrument.
Conditions resulting in mildew
Mildew usually grows at a humidity of 55% RH.
It grows even faster when the humidity hits above 55% RH. Mildew is most active when humidity reaches above 65% RH, which causes great damage to your valuables.
