Please note that, in the case of appliances with a hob cover, the burners may only be switched on if the hob cover is open. Make sure that the burner lid always sits exactly on top of the burner cup. The slots on the burner cup must be open.

The rotary spit can be used to cook joints such as rolled joints and poultry with excellent results. The meat is roasted thoroughly and evenly.
