If the application is outside the scope of BS EN 1004-1:2020, reference should be made to BS 1139-6:2022 to ensure that the configuration of the equipment meets the relevant requirements.

The maximum permitted horizontal force at the working platform for a freestanding Alto MD 250 tower is 30kg. It is a requirement of BS EN 1004-1:2020 that a tower may only have one working platform at a time. If the tower is to be used in an application outside the scope of BS EN 1004-1:2020, contact your supplier or the manufacturer, Lakeside Industries Limited, for advice on loadings.
