Page 4 Step 1 The hand truck will have plastic stops in the outer section of the axle at the bottom of the frame (shown in the picture below) and they must be removed before you begin assembly.
Page 5 Step 2 Slide the 20mm Axle (4) through the hole of the Frame (1) (where you have just removed the plastic stop) and the inner section of the axle so that there is the same amount of space on each side of the frame. You may need to apply pressure to the outer axle onto the springs in order to thread the 20mm axle through.
Page 6 Step 3 Next place on the axle the Axle Washers (6), Spacers (7), Wheels (3) and Caps (10) in the order shown on the diagram below. 6 10...
Page 7 Step 4 To secure the wheels on the axle, turn the truck onto its side so you can give the caps a good tap with a soft rubber hammer or the palm of your hand. Be sure to place some cloth or cardboard etc. under the other wheel of the truck as to not damage the opposite cap.
Page 8 Step 5 Place the Toe Plate (2) onto the exposed ends of the frame and fasten with the M6 x 45mm Bolts (8) and M6 Nuts (9) using a 10mm spanner and 5mm allen key. Then screw the Hand Screws or Bolts (5) into the threads above the springs shown below.
Page 9 Step 6 Attach the Mud Guards (11) to the frame by threading the M8 x 16mm Bolts (12) through the guards and the holes in front of the wheels and fasten with M8 washers (14) and M8 nuts (13) using a 13mm spanner and a screwdriver.

Page 11 Check that both spring slots make contact with the axle when lifting. If you can see the spring from the rear when lifting, the tension is too high. Use of Truck 1. Be sensible about the load you place on the truck. Never exceed the recommended load capacity.

Page 16 Schritt 1 Der Handwagen hat Kunststoffstopfen im äußeren Teil der Achse an der Unterseite des Rahmens (siehe Abbildung unten) diese müssen vor der Montage entfernt werden.
Page 17 Schritt 2 Schieben Sie die 20mm Achse (4) durch das Loch des Rahmens (1) (wo der Kunststoffstopfen entfernt wurde) und den inneren Teil des Rahmens, so dass auf jeder Seite des Rahmens die Achse gleichmäßig heraus steht.
