• Please read all directions before using.
• Only an adult should replace the cutting blade
• Extra blades and hex key should be stored away
from children and adults with cognitive disabilities
• Younger users and users with cognitive
disabilities must be supervised while using this
tool (THIS TOOL IS NOT A TOY)
• Never allow this tool to be thrown
• Adapt-A-Cut® is a tool and not a toy. This tool
cannot be allowed to be placed into a person's
mouth.
• The bottom of the tool should never be taken off
from the main body of Adapt-A-Cut®. Removal
would expose the sharp corner of the cutting
blade, which could result in injury.
