- Page 6 Assembly 1. Place one lateral section on the ground. 2. To one of the lateral sections of the Gastronorm trolley assemble 6 crossbars (at the top, in the middle and at the bottom). 3. Each time, with bottom crossbar, use square washer between a crossbar and the lateral section and between lateral section and a bolt.
