Technical specifications Below you can find the technical specifications of the Koowheel D3M and the battery. The battery range below may differ due to the influence of various factors such as the weight of the rider, surface, hill grade, temperature and driving style. This ensures that the battery range will vary each ride and will be different for each person. The battery range test has been performed in the default mode. Page 5: How Does The Koowheel D3M Works
Use only the supplied adapter for charging your Koowheel D3M. The electric skateboard should always be switched off when charging. Always make sure you connect the charger first to the electrical skateboard and then plug it into the wall socket. The charger light will turn red when the charger is connected. The charging time is 3 hours and when the battery is fully charged the light turns blue. It is important to prevent overcharging. Make sure that you don’t charge your Koowheel D3M longer than necessary. Make sure that you unplug the charger when the battery is fully charged. Overcharging will decrease the battery quality and reduce the life span. It is also very important to prevent deep discharge. Make sure that you charge the battery regularly and never discharge it completely. It is important to charge it at least once a month if you don’t use the electric skateboard for a long time. How does the Koowheel D3M works You turn the Koowheel D3M on by pressing the on/off switch once and turn it off by pressing once again. The wireless remote control controls speed and braking while driving. The remote control will turn on by moving the slider on the side up and turning off by moving the slider down. Speed settings The Koowheel D3M has 2 different speed settings: Default mode (up to 25km/H) Sport mode (up to 35KM/H) When you turn on the Koowheel D3M it is automatically set to default mode. You can activate the sport mode by press the on/off button 7 times in a row. - Page 6 Accelerate and brake You give gas by moving the joystick forward and brake when you move the joystick backwards. It is also possible to drive backwards. To do this you need to press the button on the remote control 1x. The Koowheel D3M is in backward direction when the red light of the remote control turn on. Make sure that the motors are always on the back of the electric skateboard. Battery remote control If the battery of the remote control battery is empty the remote will automatically stop. Charging of the remote control takes 30 minutes when it is completely empty. When you are charging the remote control a red light will light up. When this red light goes out the remote control is charged and ready for use. Always make sure you charge your remote control regularly. Battery indicator lights The 4 lights on the top of the deck show how much power is left in the battery. 4 lights = 100% 3 lights = 75% 2 lights = 50% 1 light = 25% The electric skateboard will slow down the speed when the capacity in the battery become less. When the battery is almost empty it will go very slowly and stop. Lithium batteries always need to have battery power because the battery life will decrease if the battery is deep discharged. When the battery is deep discharged the life span of the battery will decrease and the battery range will decrease as well.

Charging battery Make sure that you always fully charge the electric skateboard before using it. Only use the supplied charger for charging. The electric skateboard should always be switched off when charging. Never use the electric skateboard when it’s connected to the charger. Always make sure you connect the charger first to the electrical skateboard and then plug it into the wall socket. The charger light will turn red when the charger is connected. Maintenance To increase the life of your Koowheel D3M it is important to maintain the electrical skateboard regularly. Always make sure you check all bolts and screws before driving. Cleaning Clean the electric skateboard only with a slightly damp cloth and prevent any water or dirt entering the electronic components. Cleaning your Koowheel D3M after each ride will increase the life. Battery Make sure that you don’t charge your Koowheel D3M longer than necessary. Make sure that you unplug the charger when the battery is fully charged. Overcharging will decrease the battery quality and reduce the life span. It is also very important to prevent deep discharge. Make sure that you charge the battery regularly and never discharge it completely. It is important to charge it at least once a month if you don’t use the electric skateboard for a long time. The battery is equipped with a chip that registers deep discharges or overcharges. Motors & wheels Make sure that no water gets into the engines while cleaning the wheels / motors. It is important to prevent water, sand or stones entering the engines. Replace the wheels that are cover the motors when the profile is less than 3mm thick. Contact us for a new set of wheels when this happen. -

Safety This chapter contains important points regarding the safe use of the electric skateboard. We assume that you deal with your Koowheel D3M in a responsible and safe way. Ensure that you follow the instructions below to prevent accidents. Voltaboards is under no responsibility responsible for damage caused to yourself or others. Instructions • Always wear protective clothing such as a helmet, wrist, knee and elbow protection. • Always check if all bolts and nuts are tight before driving. • Always start in default mode if you are inexperienced and slowly increase the speed. • Pregnant women and people with disabilities should not drive on an electric skateboard. • Never drive on the electric skateboard if you are under influence of alcohol or drugs that affect your driving skills. • Do not use the electric skateboard if you are heavier than the maximum allowable weight. • Never drive on the electric skateboard with more than one person at the same time. • Be careful with your Koowheel D3M and do not use it for tax breaks. • Never drive in the rain or wet roads. • Avoid slippery surfaces such as ice and snow to prevent slip hazard. • Electric skateboards and longboards are not allowed on public roads. -

Warranty The warranty period is 2 years after purchase for all electric skateboards which Voltaboards sells. Your invoice is the guarantee prove and the invoice date is the start date of the warranty. The warranty does not apply to parts that are subject to wear such as the deck, wheels and the battery. You are not entitled to warranty when one of the following provisions is established: • Damage caused by personal injury (for example: water damage, collision damage and damage after strikes). • Damage caused by improper use of the product. • It has been attempted to open or repair the electric skateboard. • Parts changed or added which were not delivered from delivery. • Damage caused by insufficient maintenance. In case of warranty please contact our customer service. Repair Voltaboards has his own repair service. You can always contact us for repair. All parts are in stock and our technical engineers perform the repairs quickly and professionally. Voltaboards offers a lifetime free service. This means that service or assembly costs are free of costs by repair. For repairs you only pay for the replacement part. -
