ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Begin LEG assembly by attaching LEG BASE #11 and LEG TOP #12 to one LEG SIDE #10 with 1-3/4” SCREW #8. Attach one LEG PANEL #9 with 3/4” SCREW #7. Attach remaining LEG SIDE #10 with 1-3/4” SCREW #8. Attach remaining LEG PANEL #9 with 3/4” SCREW #7. Repeat assembly for remaining LEG. - Page 5 180-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY This product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of the original retail purchase.
