- Page 4 Mt. Vernon Arbor Assembly Manual Step:1 Step:2 Gently tap 5 spindles into one arch. Place remaining arch on top of spindles. Step:3 Step:4 33.5” Align spindles and gently tap on top of Fasten spindles to arch using 2.5" screws arch. Spacing on outside of arches provided.
- Page 5 Mt. Vernon Arbor Assembly Manual Step:7 Step:8 Fasten plate to arch using 2.5" screws provided, Repeat step #7 on opposite side. while making sure plate remains aligned. Holes are pre-drilled on plate. Step:9 Step:10 You are now ready to install caps and finials.
- Page 6 Mt. Vernon Arbor Assembly Manual Step:13 Step:14 Center top plate of arbor side on arch plate and Repeat step #13 on opposite side. fasten using 2.5" screws provided. Holes are pre-drilled on arbor side top plate. Step:15 Congratulations! Your arbor is now complete.
