THERMOMETER DESCRIPTIONS
The Thermometer is a non-contact infrared thermometer and always with Real-Time Maximum
(MAX) data. Please remember to keep away from children and not use them for safety-related
issues.

OPERATION
WARNING
1)
Do not place the device too close to the electromagnetic scope. (Radio, mobile
phone, etc.)
2)
Hair and sweat on the forehead may affect the accuracy of measurements. Different
skin colours and thicknesses may give slightly different measuring temperatures.
3)
When the tested person comes from a different temperature environment, one shall
stay in the measuring environment for 15 minutes before measuring.
4)
The condition of the measuring spot should be stable without ample airflow, i.e. Fan
or air-con blower.
5)
Do not take measurements in a place near strong sunlight.
6)
The use of this Thermometer is not a substitute for a doctor's diagnosis.

LCD Error Messages
The Thermometer incorporates visual diagnostic messages as follows:

Function
Normal - Green backlight 34~37.3 °C
High - Amber backlight 37.4~38 °C
Fever - Red backlight 38.1~42.9 °C
The default setting of the Thermometer is Body temperature.
Change to Object temperature: press and hold the "M"
button, and click the buzzer button to measure Object surface
temperature (note: Object temperature has no icon shown on
LCD).
Change to Body temperature: press and hold the "M" button
and click the backlight button to measure body temperature
(note: Body temperature has an icon on LCD).
Historical data viewing: The instrument will automatically
record up to 32 historical measurement data. To view data,
quickly press the "M" button & release and then "+" or
"-". Press "-"to view the last temperature record, and press
"+" for the farthest record. Press + or – again to view them
one by one.
The sequence of the 32 memories data will follow by the
relevant readings.
When you need to measure non-body temperature
(object surface temperature), it can be switched to object
temperature mode as described above.
Press and hold the "M" button, and click the "+" Button.
Short press the backlight button to turn the backlight on or off.
Short press the buzzer button to turn the sound on or off.
Press and hold the "M" button, and click the "-" Button.
(Default is English)
'Hi' or 'Lo' is displayed when the temperature being
measured is outside of the measurement range. It is invalid
measurement. These measurement results will not be
recorded nor counted.
