When on low pressure to use the chemical there is barley any liquid coming out of it. Not enough pressure for it to fan out. Just small stream of water.

Low liquid output and pressure issues with the Hillyard Cleaning Companion CC17HP could be caused by:
1. The spray gun not being properly set to low or high pressure. 2. The unit not being properly primed—each chemical valve position must be primed until an even spray pattern is established. 3. Blocked or dirty spray tips—should be soaked in cleaning solution to prevent blockage. 4. A clogged in-line bowl filter—needs to be removed and cleaned. 5. Residual chemical in the hose—should be purged with fresh water after use. 6. Pressure not being relieved after turning the unit off. 7. Damage or leaks in the unit—should be inspected daily.
Failure to follow daily maintenance steps could also contribute to pressure problems.
