Lay the flysheet spread out on the ground. Slacken adjusters off on the black tapes (near the ring and pin
assemblies) around the foot of the awning.
2.
Now take the awning and slide the profile through the caravan channel until awning is in the desired
position on the side of the van.
3.
Open the pole bag and lay the poles out on the ground. Take the shaped steel canopy pole and slide
through the sleeve on the canopy after this attach one of the two vertical leg supports into position and
then repeat this with the remaining one. The legs can then be tensioned using the steel pins from the 'ring
and pin' assembly at the base of the awning canvas. You should now be ready to peg the awning out.
Firstly, make sure all zips are closed. Starting at one corner work round the awning and peg out all the
pegging points around the awning (Take care not to over tighten the awning, if a door zip is tight it is
probably stretched too tight)
4.
Guy lines can now be tensioned and pegged on the awning please ensure in heavy weather that ALL guy
lines and stability straps are used. (Please note that failure to use all the lines may result in your awning
being damaged)
5.
Finally tension the elastic toggles on the two panels which sit against the caravan to create a better
weather seal.
First make sure the awning is dry before attempting to pack away.
Un-peg the awning carefully making sure it is cleaned before packing away.
Slide out the alloy pole from the sleeve and fold away carefully and neatly.
Finally neatly roll the awning up and stow in the carry bag and then pack away the poles.
Please note these few points for trouble free camping.
After use please take extreme care when packing away. Ensure the
