• Keep battery terminals clean and free from corrosion, dust and dirt. Clean regularly to ensure a good electrical contact. TIP - To meet international freight safety standards your OzCharge ® Lithium battery will only be 60% charged when you receive it. We recommend you charge the battery prior to first use to get the most out of your battery. - Page 7 Series Connections (For 12.8V batteries only) The OzCharge Lithium Battery Management System (BMS) will accommodate up to 4 batteries in series (max 48V). However, there are a few things to be aware of when charging Lithium in series.
