Alarm mode (only by remote control operation)

1 Press the MENU key 3 times.
2 Press the ¢ or 4 key when "ALARM MODE" is being
displayed to set the amount of time until the alarm
sounds (select "OFF" to deactivate the alarm mode).
÷ The alarm will sound for approximately 1 minute after
the preset amount of time has elapsed. Press any of the
keys on the remote control unit or on the main unit to
deactivate the alarm.
÷ If the sleep mode has been activated, ensure that it is
deactivated before setting up the alarm mode.
Sleep mode (only by remote control operation)

1 Press the MENU key 4 times.
2 Press the ¢ or 4 key when "SLEEP MODE" is being
displayed to set the amount of time until playback is
stopped (select "OFF" to deactivate the sleep mode).
÷ Playback will automatically be stopped after the preset
amount of time has elapsed.
÷ If the alarm mode has been activated, ensure that it is
deactivated before setting up the sleep mode.
CONVENIENT FUNCTIONS
Repeat playback (only by remote control operation) (page 34)
Press the REPEAT key when a track is being played back
to select the repeat playback mode.
The mode changes each time the REPEAT key is pressed.
When in the normal playback mode:
Repeat one track (
Repeat all tracks (
Deactivate: Deactivates repeat playback.
When in the random playback/intro game mode:
Random repeat (
Deactivate: Deactivates repeat playback.
When in the group playback mode:
Repeat one track (
Repeat group (
Repeats only the tracks in the group.
Deactivate: Deactivates repeat playback.
A-B repeat playback (only by remote control operation) (page 35)
1 Press the REPEAT key for 2 or more consecutive
seconds when a track is being played back.
2 Press the REPEAT key at the point where the repeat
mode is to be started.
3 Press the REPEAT key at the point where the repeat
mode is to be ended.
÷ The area between the two selected points (maximum
of up to 40 seconds) will be played back repeatedly.
÷ Deactivate the random playback/intro game mode and
repeat playback mode before activating the A-B repeat
playback mode.
÷ Press the REPEAT key when the A-B repeat playback
track is being played back to deactivate the A-B repeat
playback mode.
