This BaByliss trimmer safely and quickly trims unwanted or unsightly eyebrow, nasal or ear hair.

FEATURES

• Special removable rotary cutting head for nose - ears and its protective cover.
• Special removable precision cutting head for eyebrows.
• Cutting guide to cut eyebrows at two heights: 3 mm or 5 mm.

TO OPERATE THE DEVICE

1. To insert a battery, remove the base of the device by turning it to the left so that mark (I) lines up with mark (). Next pull the bottom part of the device downwards (Fig. 1)
2. Insert one AA alkaline battery, positive terminal up. (If you are not going to use the device for long periods, or if the battery is flat, remove the battery from the device. This will increase the trimmer's working life.)
3. After inserting the battery, put the base of the device firmly back in position.
4. Turn the device on by turning the base of the device to the right to line up the two marks (I) (Fig. 2).

Inserting and removing the cutting heads

Turn the device to the «off» position by turning the base of the device to the left so that mark (I) lines up with mark (0) (Fig. 3).

• Gently place the desired cutting head on the device, then lock in position by turning the cutting head to the left so that the two marks line up (I) (Fig. 4).
• Remove the cutting head of the device by turning it to the right, to line up mark (I) with mark (). Then pull the head of the device upwards (Fig. 5)

Using the special rotary cutting head for nose and ears

Gently insert the rotary cutting head into the nostril or ear to cut the hair.

Using the special precision cutting head for eyebrows

Putting the cutting guide in place
To put the cutting guide in place on the special precision cutting head eyebrows, first ensure the device is turned off.

• For a 3 mm cutting height, slide the cutting guide onto groove A.
• For a 5 mm cutting height, slide the cutting guide onto groove B (Fig. 6).

Instructions for use

To refine the eyebrow mass, work by starting from the inside edge of the eyebrow and trim outwards with even movements. Use the 5 mm cutting height for a start and to familiarise yourself with the device. Always cut / shave in the direction of hair growth without pressing on the blade, which could damage it or cause an injury. Stretch out the skin with your free hand to enable a closer shave.

MAINTENANCE

Turn the device to the «off» position (Fig. 3). Remove the cutting head of the device by turning it to the right to line up mark (I) with mark (). Next pull the head of the device upwards (Fig. 5) Remove any build-up of hairs on the head by blowing on them or using a small cleaning brush. You can also rinse the head of the device under running water (Fig. 7). However, the handle must not come into contact with water. Remove the cutting head of the device to rinse it under water. Ensure the head is completely dry before putting it back in the device and turn it to the left until the marks are lined up. Do not use the device in the shower or bath.
