The power light on your Zvox Audio AccuVoice AV52 is flashing blue and red because the headphones are in Bluetooth pairing mode. If they are not connecting to your laptop, try the following steps:
1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your laptop. 2. Check if the headphones are already paired with another device and disconnect if necessary. 3. Clear the Bluetooth pairing records by holding the MFB (Multi-Function Button) and Volume + for 5 seconds until the blue LED stays lit for 2 seconds, followed by red and blue flashing alternately. 4. Try pairing again by selecting the headphones from your laptop's Bluetooth settings.
If the issue persists, restart both the headphones and the laptop before attempting to pair again.
