To resolve pairing issues with Titan EyeX Smart eyewear:
1. On iPhone, check if the connected EyeX device in the Bluetooth list has an 'i' icon next to it. - If the 'i' is missing, it means the Bluetooth connection is bad. - Disconnect and reconnect by unpairing or doing a factory reset.
2. If you see two EyeX connections (one with 'i' and one without), this is normal and not a problem.
3. After successful pairing, the master temple LED will blink green, and an audio message will confirm the connection.
4. Ensure the frames are in an upright position during setup. If upside down, they will power off and not work.
