Description
Provides support for your lower back and eliminates knee
strain. 1" tubular steel framework resists rust. The 2-1/2"
diameter track wheels swivel easily, while providing excel-
lent stability.
Unpacking
After unpacking unit, inspect carefully for any damage that
may have occurred during transit. Check for loose, missing,
or damaged parts. Shipping damage claim should be filed
with carrier.

Assemble:
Step 1:
Use the bolt(A), spring washer(B), flat washer(C) and nut(D) to connect the 2 tubes(3) with connection plate(2).
Step 2:
Put the connected tubes(2) with spring washer(B) and flat washer(C) on the base (4) then use the special
wrench(included) to attach 4 casters(5).
Step 3:
Put the pad(1) on the top of the tubes and attach it with 4 bolts(A).
Disassemble:
Follow in opposite sequent instructions.

Wear safety glasses and gloves.

OPERATE THE CREEPER ON A FLAT HARD LEVEL SURFACE FREE OF
OBSTRUCTIONS, FLOOR DRAINS, HOLES, CURBS, CRACKS,ETC. THAT
COULD CAUSE THE CREEPER TO FLIP OVER
MAKE CERTAIN THE SEAT IS HELD SECURE WITHIN YOUR WORK AREA
CHECK SEAT PERIODICALLY FOR ANY MECHNICAL PROBLEMS AND
CORRECT BEFORE USING
