- Page 6 OPERATING INSTRUCTION 1. Before using the unit, clean the Baking Surfaces with a damp cloth. 2. Close the Cover and lock it with the Locking Clip until you hear it clip into place. 3. Plug the unit into the power outlet, the Red Power Light will go on indicating the unit is heating up. Allow the unit to preheat until the Green Ready Light goes on, which means the operating temperature is reached.
- Page 7 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE To improve the performance and life of this product, you are recommended to do the following: Unplug the unit and let it cool down before cleaning. Remove crumbs and stain from the baking surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Use a damp cloth or sponge with neutralized detergent to wipe the dirt on the case and the baking surfaces gently.
