How to wear the heart rate monitor
Moisten the electrodes as shown in the sketch below.
Attach the transmitter to the belt.
Fasten them with the clips at both ends.

Important note
Use only Water, ECG gel or other
conductive liquids, in order to
moisten the electrodes.
Important note
Incorrect heart rate data are
transmitted, if the Device is
aligned in the wrong direction.
Fix them with the clips at both ends.
Fit the strap so that it is neither too
loose or too tight, so that the divice
can measure the correct pulse rate.
Wear the strap slightly below your
chest. Place the Sensor in the middle
of your body, where the electrodes
are placed against your skin must
be pressed.
