Annual servicing is required to ensure that the conditions of the warranty are met.
This guide details the maintenance regime that should be carried out annually. It is the responsibility of
the network operator to ensure this is met to honour the conditions of the warranty.
Intatec Limited reserves the right to make improvements and changes to the

Page 2 User information menu First start up sequence to ensure the selection of radiators or UFH . On first power up, the controller will perform a check on all connected components. If all is OK, it will automatically proceed to the set up menu. If a fault or UP and DOWN arrow buttons wiring error is detected, a warning symbol will appear until the error is corrected. -

When an error code is seen, the controller is warning of unsuitable operating conditions that may be causing the HIU to operate inefficiently or possibly not at all. Also could be a potential operating conditions that could, if left in that state, become a safety issue.

Page 6 Maintenance Annual servicing is required to ensure that the conditions of the warranty are met. Record the Heat network design Record the Heat network flow temperature design flow m³/h. Checklist - Maintenance Remarks /Notes ✓ Turn off all HIU Isolation valves. Isolate the electrical supply to the HIU. -
