Congratulations on your new badge maker. Please read this manual carefully before starting.
IMPORTANT: BEFORE YOU START Hands off the cap nuts!!! Hutmuttern nicht anfassen! The 4 cap nuts and the ball screws underneath may not be adjusted or even removed! You should not touch them at all. Hands off! This device is responsible for the correct hold of the stamp sets. They have to hold up well, but they have to be easy to swap off for exchange.
Be careful with the stamp sets!!! The inner parts of the stamp sets are made of aluminum and therefore they are very soft and sensitive. It´s important that you handle them carefully. Especially the upper stamp. Damages in the upper stamp lead to malfunctioning.

If you are not sure if it works: Just try it out! Instead of the paper inlay, just use the fabric cut in the right size and leave out the foil! Depending on the fabric you can also try cutting it in a slightly smaller diameter or using an addi-...

FIRST STEPS Now put the upper stamp underneath the Flexi-holder, so that the distance bolt on the swivelling plate is exactly between the two split pins of the upper stamp. Now the upper stamp has to be put into the Flexi-holder.
Page 13
The rest is very easy: Just put the two lower stamps into the holes in the ground plate, they are accor- dingly marked. Attention: Take care that the lo- wer stamp marked with 1 is at position 1 on the swivelling plate –...
