1.2 Characteristics The Yeast-Booster PRO is processor (chip)-controlled which allows all phases to be operated over the simple menu. The container has volume of 110lt (designed for 50lt + 60lt reserved for foam). It is foreseen for the propagation of up to 2,5kg dry yeast.

2.3 Start-quantity The start-quantity should be 100g pure yeast per liter water. By maximal quantity in the Yeast-Booster PRO this would be 25lt water with added 2,5kg dry-yeast. 2.4 Target quantity Max. quantity 50lt which is double the max. start-quantity. Doubling of the quantity of mixture as well as yeast cells, over a period of 2 hours.
