5. Installation When you receive your e-bike, you need to do some installation before normal using. Due to limit of transportation, we can just install e-bike with 75% packing, the other parts need to be installed by yourself. In order to finish installation smoothly and use product safely, please read the instructions below carefully.

You must enclose a copy of the delivery's original invoice for the guarantee's application. We ask for your understanding that we can reject the guarantee without the copy. The transmission of the invoice copy is used to calculate the guarantee period. When the e-bike is resold, the warranty is obsolete.
