- Page 3 INSTALLING / REMOVING THE BATTERY ｖ ｗ ｘ To install the battery, put the battery on the back or the radio, as shown in ①②. Push it horizontally along the slot to the top until it clicks. To remove the battery, turn off the radio first , push the bottom battery safety lock and remove the battery as shown in ③.
- Page 4 INSTALL BELT CLIP To install the belt clip, remove the screws from the back of the battery and install the belt clip. INSTALL ACCESSORIES ｖ ｗ Open the jack cover and insert the earphone/programming cable into the radio. Keep covered if not in use.
