SECTION 1 - DESCRIPTION System Overview The JA77-015 Switch Plate with Removable Legends - Small Toggle allows the aircraft customizer to present a professionally finished configurable switch panel for the ever-present extra switches. The JA77 accepts standard miniature-toggle switches (i.e. 1/4" bushings). -

Introduction This section contains unpacking and inspection procedures, installation information, and post-installation checks. Continued Airworthiness Maintenance of the JA77-015 is on condition only. Scheduled inspection and/or periodic maintenance of this unit is not required. Unpacking and Inspecting Equipment Unpack the equipment carefully. Check for shipping damage and report any problems to the relevant carrier. Confirm that the Authorized Release Certificate or Certificate of Conformance is included. -

Check all pins for shorts to ground or adjacent pins. 2.5.2 Configuration Ensure that any switches inserted into the JA77-015 are configured correctly. This may be done at the factory, on the maintenance bench or in the aircraft before the power on checks are performed. 2.5.3 Power on Checks. -

Upper legends Lower legends The JA77-015 Five Dzus Switch Plate allows the aircraft customizer to present a professional finished configurable switch panel for extra switches. The JA77 accepts standard miniature-toggle switches (i.e. 1/4" bushings). The legends are removable and available with any text or font. -

Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Maintenance of the JA77-015 Five Dzus - Switch Plate is “on condition” only. Periodic maintenance of the JA77-015 is not required.
