  • Page 2 PRODUCTION DATE IDENTIFICATION Production date and serial no. On the side of your PremiumPLUS regulator you can find the serial (12 digits) and part no. The unique serial no. is created from the date it is produced: year, month, day, hour, minute and second (YYMMDDhhmmss). Production date is first 6 digits (YYMMDD).

  • Page 4 2. DISASSEMBLY OF REGULATOR Remove the lid with a flat Fig. 2.1 slot screwdriver. Scrap the lid. Release the tension on Fig. 2.2 the setting spring, by turning the setting screw anticlockwise with a 4 mm allen key, until the screw is loose.
  • Page 5 2. DISASSEMBLY OF REGULATOR Turn the service tool Fig. 2.4 counterclockwise, by using a 24 mm spanner, so the Tamper evident ring breaks. Release the Bonnet Fig. 2.5 completely by hand – the Bonnet is to be reused. Scrap the tamper evident ring.
  • Page 6 2. DISASSEMBLY OF REGULATOR Take up the Diaphragm. Fig. 2.7 Separate the diaphragm Fig. 2.8 washer from the diaphragm. Reuse the washer and scrap the diaphragm. Place the service tool, Fig. 2.9 so that it locks into the geometry of the Cartridge. MICRO-MATIC.COM...
  • Page 7 2. DISASSEMBLY OF REGULATOR Turn the service tool Fig. 2.10 counterclockwise by using a 24 mm spanner. Release the Cartridge completely by hand and scrap it. Remove the Baffle plate Fig. 2.11 and reuse. For units produced before 15 January 2020 (see page 2 for prdocution date reference), please also remove the flow washer.
  • Page 8 3. ASSEMBLY OF REGULATOR Install carefully the new Fig. 3.1 o-ring in the groove by using the o-ring installation tool. DO NOT USE A SCREWDRIVER! Fig. 3.2 For units produced before 15 January 2020 (see page 2 for production date reference), please re-fit the flow washer.
  • Page 9 3. ASSEMBLY OF REGULATOR Fit the new Cartridge Fig. 3.4 by turning it clockwise by hand. Tighten the new Cartridge Fig. 3.5 with a torque of 5 Nm (± 0.5 Nm) by using the service tool and a torque wrench. Install the new Diaphragm Fig.
  • Page 10 3. ASSEMBLY OF REGULATOR Be sure to push the new Fig. 3.7 Diaphragm to the buttom of the regulator housing. Place the reused Washer Fig. 3.8 for Diaphragm on top of the Diaphragm – with the groove facing down like illustrated on the picture.
  • Page 11 3. ASSEMBLY OF REGULATOR Place the reused setting Fig. 3.10 spring and the reused spring disc. The spring disc must be orientated as shown on the picture. Place the reused bonnet Fig. 3.11 and turn it clockwise. Place the service tool and Fig.
